iQ2 - 1933 Ironoak Way, Oakville

This is a new office condo development project in Oakville, Ontario. The name of the project "iQ2" was provided by our client Penalta (who also is working with Black Dog Development), where I was responsible for developing a colour theme, logo, tagline, brochure, website, postcards, social media posts, globe and mail ads, signage and email marketing to be distributed to notable investors and brokers within the industry. I was the lead coordinator working on this entire ongoing project. Our sales team was able to sell over half of the available units in the project within a few months with this material and their amazing closing skills.
